don’t waste your money buying other flat irons. I have spent a small fortune purchasing others,finally broke down 6 yrs ago and purchased the CHI. I need a new one because my Daughter uses mine and she dropped it and knocked the plate loose. Don’t know whether to purchase another or try to get it fixed. The prices here are excellant!
