Just as described with fast deliver. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. She loved my Chi flat iron and asked for one as part of her birthday gift.
I purchased this flat iron from this “company” on 04/03/2010 when I received it 04/09 tried it out plugged it up, it came on and I thought it was fine. I didn’t actually need to use the flat iron until a few days later went to plug it up, it did come on then immediatly died, contacted the seller to inform them, got a quick response to review the return info. I re-sent the item back 4/15 paid for the shipping myself, I tracked the package it said they got it (4/17), that same day I tracked it 4/20 I sent another email to seller asking when I should be receiving the new one, got no response EVER, pretty much they blew me off and were in desperate need to steal someone’s $53 bucks. This seller is ghetto probably out to take people’s money the reviews they have up are from themselves. Had to file a claim.
I’m so happy with my new straightner!!! my old one broke and I couldnt wait to get my new one, and I got here so fast!!!
The Farouk CHI ceramic flat hair iron works great, the color is really cool and it was a good deal for the price. Would recommend it to anyone.
